Book 8: Scourge of Khazad-Dum

Beneath the enchanted golden leaves of Lothlórien, you have made your name and won your glory, but the darkness of Moria is calling you back. In Volume II: Book 8: Scourge of Khazad-dûm, you must return to the ancient, harrowed darkness of Moria and uproot deadly evil growing there from pestilential roots. Your aid is desperately needed to bring light and air to the reclaimed kingdom of the Dwarves as darkness once again rises from the deep.

-Aid Celeborn and Haldir in fighting back the rising plague
-Recover artifacts of ancient evil from Moria’s depths
-Gather your wits and your courage to bring the elements of life to Khazad-dûm
-Retake the Dwarves’ Halls of Crafting in Moria and deny the foul Orcs their weapons of war

Donation Button Now Available!!!

In an effort to help offset the cost of our Ventrillo Server and the Guildlaunch Subscription we have decided to put a "Donation" button on our website. This will give everyone a chance to help finance the cost of our Kinsite Upkeep.

INSTRUCTION: Its easy to use! Just click on the "Donate" button just under our Recruiting Block. The Paypal website will load and all you have to do is type in the purpose (Forsaken Heros Membership) and the amount you would like to donate. Click submit and your done. As we begin to get donations I will post a block on the site to show the biggest contributors for each month.

Trestlebridge Diving!!

Thank you Kinsmen for coming out to our very first (but not the last!!) Trestlebridge Diving activity! I'm still grinning about last nights events and fun! Feel free to post pictures in the Gallery section of our site!

This activity helps our captains and minstrels in our kin get their rez deed done! This activity will be scheduled again! Be sure to check the calendar!! Sat, Jan 24th at 11:00 ET hopiing to capture some west coast kinnies this time!

Afterwards we did another parade through Bree and stopped off at the Prancing Pony and toasted each other!

Kin Photo Shoot

What fun we had at our first Photo Shoot! and what a turn out!!

We all seemed to have fun as ""Loney Army of Forsaken Heros"" went on a little parade in Bree. Then up on a rooftop in Bree for a Kin Photo, then off to Kinhouse for another photo session! Then to finish the fun evening in a celebratory way most partake of the ""Keg"" in the kinhouse! ROFL Sure enjoyed the chat in Kinchat after that! . Voltan ended up transporting a whole fellowship off an iceberg in Forochel!!

Mines of Moria

What can I say other than "OMG", MoM is incredible so far and i havent even touched the surface. I have already gotten 3 captains legendary items, unfortunately 2 of them are emblems. I have leveled my hally up to rank 12 and having the time of my life.

LOTRO needed a shot of adrenaline for me and I know for many of us out there. Turbime has made mention that they have not seen this much server traffic since the original relase of LOTRO. That should be an indication of just how good this expansion really is. Let's put together some MoM groups and go out there this week.

The officers will be placing new legendary items into the kinhouse as we get them so please check there frequently for items you may need.
